Vice President, Corporate Secretary

Sandy is the senior member of the Kaufman Company’s staff having joined the firm in 1990. As our Corporate Secretary she is responsible for implementing and maintaining all records pertaining to Crummey notifications, logging and administering security trades and accounts, and assists with policy service. Her duties also include appointment implementation of all state and security licenses for the corporate personnel. She also assists with carrier appointments.

At the other end of the spectrum she is also responsible for the coordination and implementation of the many client meetings, travel and accommodations for the office members.

Sandy is a lifelong resident of Greenwood, IN. She and her husband, Mike have two sons Matt and Alex and are active in their school and sports curriculum.
