Kathy is responsible for all aspects of finance for the Kaufman Companies. Her duties include accounts payable, employee benefits, financial statements and other financial reporting. She is also responsible for the annual service of several profit sharing plans and year-end tax reporting.

Kathy moved to Indianapolis from Maui, Hawaii where she worked for the Maui Intercontinental Resort Hotel. Kathy comes to us with many years of experience in all phases of accounting as Controller for a hotel management company for 14 years and in private accounting for over 9 years.

Kathy is also involved with the I Have A Dream Foundation (IHAD). Mr. & Mrs. Barton Kaufman and Mr. & Mrs. Earl Harris established the Indianapolis IHAD to provide secondary education for Indianapolis' underprivileged youth. Kathy has worked closely with the students and college personnel in administering this aid program.

Kathy and her husband Bob have a son Jeff who lives in Santa Barbara, CA with his wife, Rebecca and their daughter, Abigail.
